Bio
Alexandra Spieth is a director, actor, and writer based in Astoria, Queens. She has directed two feature films. From 2022-2025, Alexandra was a lecturer of on-camera acting at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University and directed the 2023 and 2024 Digital Showcase. She is in pre-production for her third feature film, O COUNTRY.
Alexandra has performed in over 30 shorts and 20 Equity Productions. She created, wrote, and starred in the independent series “86’d” which was executive produced and fully funded by BRIC TV. She created, wrote, and starred in 4 seasons of the independent series “Blank My Life”.
She trained as an actor at Carnegie Mellon University where she received a BFA in Acting (winner of the Adelyne Roth Levine Memorial Award for Excellence in Acting).
